Come help us support the Cystic Fibrosis Organization make "Great Strides". Walk for a good cause and enjoy a "break" with the Pirates and help us dig up the "hidden" treasure off Lido Beach. Visit www.cff.org for further information. GREAT STRIDES is the CF Foundation’s largest fund-raising event. It provides opportunities for all people within a local community to get involved forming teams through their workplace, through clubs and organizations or with friends and family. Walk day is a fun, family-oriented celebration that includes a healthy 10 kilometer (6.2 miles) walk, Kids’ Corner activities, food, and festivities that participants look forward to year after year. July 4th-10:30 AM Patchogue Lions Club 4th of July Parade Starting at West MainSt. and West Ave. This years theme is "One Nation-One Community" Join us as we support a great organization and celebrate the "independence" of our country and the great democracy we live in. After all Piracy was considered one of the "first" democracies. There will be bands, floats and marching units.

December 12, 2009 7:00 -11:00 pm "Christmas Xmas Cannonball" Elegant Affair Catering in Oakdale, NY will be the site of our Pyrate Xmas Cannonball to be held to benefit Cystic Fibrosis. Tickets are a modest $40.00 and include Open Bar, Buffet Dinner, DJ, Door Prizes, 50/50 Raffle, Chinese Auction Raffle, Pyrate Christmas Songs and of course PIrates. There will local bands and possibly a big headliner that will perform right on the lighthouse itself pumping out the jazz on a huge sound system to all the boats who anchor near by. Please come on by and join us as we sail around and raid each boat collecting for the restoration and preservation of the lighthouse. Good time, good cause!!
